KNEX EDUCATION K-8 CONSTRUCTION SET

Children will have fun while developing their cognitive skills with the K'NEX Education K-8 General Construction Set. The set includes 1315 authentically designed, colorful pieces of quality construction. Children can create 80 different models, including eight motorized creations. The components in each package include gears, rods, flags, and wheels. These parts can be interconnected to build creations including a Ferris wheel, a carnival swing ride, a race car, a helicopter, an airplane, a wheeled vehicle, a windmill, and a four-legged animal. Pieces can be mixed and matched to bring children's imagination to life. Their creativity will shine through as they use this colorful set. Designed for ages 10 and up, this engineering set for children grade levels K-8 can be built with from eight to twelve students working in teams of two or three. Students can figure out the structure, exchange ideas as they tinker with the bits and parts, and solve the model more quickly through teamwork. It promotes great camaraderie and helps develop social skills. The two motors that come with the set are packaged in two storage bins for safekeeping.
